· Required Veterinarian provided health certificate, airline approved crate and transportation to airport is $100.

· We will make the reservations, after we work out flight time details with you

· Your puppy will fly with food and water on a direct flight

· He or She will have something with familiar smell in the crate

· Payment must be paid in full including additional flight expenses if any

· We prefer PayPal payment through our web site; however, allow 10 days if paying by check or money order
